Striving to thriving

Hi let me introduce myself I am Toni, I am aware, from my own experience of having counselling, how scary it can be to take the first step, I was so glad I did, and so will you.

In Counselling, as I started to love myself a different pathway started to open up to me.   I realised nothing is set in stone, that I am good enough and it is o.k. to be me, (warts and all)!!!  and positive changes started to happen.

This was the reason I became a counselling, there is nothing more fulfilling to me, than to give you the gift I received, and to see you grow too!!!  just take my hand, you have nothing to fear.

Tomorrow does not have to be like today.
